About Winsor Photography:

Hello. My name is Tara Winsor. I am a wife, and a mother to the sweetest little miracle. I love to sleep in, and stay up late. You can often find me up until 2 or 3 in the morning editing images, or creating new things. I love music, and can often be found with headphones in my ears. I enjoy spending time with my family, and do so every chance I get. I hate being alone. I always like to have company. I crochet in the winter when it's cold. I love playing the Wii, and am trying to improve my bowling skills. I love Olive Garden and could eat their salad and breadsticks all day long. I have recently been introduced to specialty cupcakes, and am in love. I love watching "The Office" and "The Amazing Race". I really don't like being cold, at all. But I absolutely ADORE the beach, and would live on one if I could. I am a techno geek, and spend a lot of time trying to figure out, research, and play with the latest electronics.     Shaw Family {Utah Family Photographer}

    This is my husbands gorgeous cousin and her family. I have loved getting to know them, and now consider them very close friends/family! Janet really wanted flowers in her pictures, so we took off to Thanksgiving Point. This was the first time I had ever photographed there, and can I say that I LOVE it!! SOOOOOO pretty! We went during the Tulip Festival, so there were TONS of people around, but we were still able to get some fun shots of their family. Janet, I love ya tons!

    Memmott Family {Utah Family Photographer}

    Remember the contest I did for a free photoshoot a couple of months ago? Well, Karin went full speed ahead and came in second place with over 100 votes!! So, for fighting so hard, we ended up doing a free session for her little family. :) She wanted all of her family in it, so we were able to arrange to get them all in as well! This session was SOOO much fun. :)

    Karin and I went to Elementary School, Junior High, and High School together. She is SUCH a sweetheart, and is AMAZING at acting, singing, and dancing. Her whole family is talented, and loves spending time together! And those two little boys? LUCKY to have this as their family!! There is NO lack of love! Thank you guys for letting me catch a glimpse into your lives. :) I had so much fun. :)

    Anna {Utah Portrait Photographer}

    I don’t think I’ve had as much fun on a session than I did with these two! They are best friends, and SO full of personality!! Anna contacted me and wanted pictures taken of her and some friends. Emily wanted pictures as well, so we did the two of them together. This post is mainly Anna, and I will do another one for Emily.  They were willing to try anything, and I think I laughed so hard I cried. :) Thank you so much Anna and Emily for letting me capture your sweet personalities, and amazing friendship. :)

    Happy Anniversary {Utah Wedding Photographer}

    I thought that I would spotlight some of my past weddings. :)

    Happy Anniversary to Vanessa and John, who were wed one year ago today. I can’t believe that it has been a year since their wedding!! Their wedding was definitely memorable, and a lot like today! The weather was great, until it decided to DOWNPOUR as soon as they came out of the temple! Only to be sunshine and bright in about 20 minutes after that. They took it all in stride, and they were stunning! I absolutely LOVED her dress and shoes and they really played into their personalities. They were wed in the LDS Bountiful Temple in Bountiful, Utah.  So glad to hear you guys are going well! Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day!

    10lbs of Sweetness {Utah Newborn Photographer}

    My hubby and I moved into this neighborhood, and we immediately liked it! Nicole was one of the first to really talk to me and befriend me. She was expecting, and so we decided to do a newborn shoot.

    We had it all scheduled out to do it when he was 13 days new. This happened to be a Friday afternoon. This same Friday, I ended up extremely sick with appendicitis and was in the hospital that night for surgery! Needless to say, we didn’t get his pictures done that day. :( So we scheduled it a couple of weeks later, and were able to still get some GORGEOUS shots of this little man and his mother.

    And would you believe that he was over 10 lbs when he was born?! Yeah..he was. But he slept most of the time, and was SUCH an easy baby and such a sweetheart. It sure makes me baby hungry. :) I need a new little in my house. *sigh* oh well. :) In the meantime, I will just love on little like this. :)

    Morgan ~ 2011 Davis High School {Utah Photographer}

    I absolutely LOVE photographing High School Seniors!! Their graduation photos can’t really be beat! They have so much spunk and personality, and they make me feel slightly younger again. :)

    This is Morgan. She is graduating from Davis High School this year! I have known her since she was LITTLE. And here she is…graduating High School, and is as beautiful as ever. She has an amazing voice, and loves to sing! And she is very feminine. Which is something I need being in a house full of boys!! We went to an Orchard and then chased the sun through Kaysville Main Street, and ponds.

    Thank you Morgan, and your mom, you guys were AMAZING, and SO much fun. :)

    And, for the record, I am still INSANELY jealous of you. ;)

    Shanna and Matt {Utah Wedding Photography}

    This is Shanna and Matt. :) They have been kind enough to help me out by taking photos of them. :)

    We went down to Salt Lake and took some photos around Pierpont Ave. I had never been there, and it was AWESOME! I will definitely be going back!

    Shanna and Matt met at work. When Shanna was hired, their boss told Matt that he had just hired his future wife. :) Lo and behold, they are together!! These two were SO fun!! Matt, thank you for putting up with me, and I should get points for finishing up before the BYU game started. ;) And Shanna, you are AMAZINGLY beautiful!! Thank you for treating me like a close friend. :)

    I can’t WAIT to show you her Bridals. :) :)
