Hello. My name is Tara Winsor. I am a wife, and a mother to the sweetest little miracle. I love to sleep in, and stay up late. You can often find me up until 2 or 3 in the morning editing images, or creating new things. I love music, and can often be found with headphones in my ears. I enjoy spending time with my family, and do so every chance I get. I hate being alone. I always like to have company. I crochet in the winter when it's cold. I love playing the Wii, and am trying to improve my bowling skills. I love Olive Garden and could eat their salad and breadsticks all day long. I have recently been introduced to specialty cupcakes, and am in love. I love watching "The Office" and "The Amazing Race". I really don't like being cold, at all. But I absolutely ADORE the beach, and would live on one if I could. I am a techno geek, and spend a lot of time trying to figure out, research, and play with the latest electronics.     10lbs of Sweetness {Utah Newborn Photographer}

    My hubby and I moved into this neighborhood, and we immediately liked it! Nicole was one of the first to really talk to me and befriend me. She was expecting, and so we decided to do a newborn shoot.

    We had it all scheduled out to do it when he was 13 days new. This happened to be a Friday afternoon. This same Friday, I ended up extremely sick with appendicitis and was in the hospital that night for surgery! Needless to say, we didn’t get his pictures done that day. :( So we scheduled it a couple of weeks later, and were able to still get some GORGEOUS shots of this little man and his mother.

    And would you believe that he was over 10 lbs when he was born?! Yeah..he was. But he slept most of the time, and was SUCH an easy baby and such a sweetheart. It sure makes me baby hungry. :) I need a new little in my house. *sigh* oh well. :) In the meantime, I will just love on little like this. :)

    Newborn Goodness {Newborn Photographer}

    This was such a SWEET little newborn! When I got there, he had just gotten out of the bath, and he had the CURLIEST dark head of hair! I fell in love with it. :)

    We took some photos inside his nursery, and then decided to try some outdoors. And that light was just yummy, and perfect for this sweet little sleeping newborn! You really can’t beat natural light outside. seriously.

    Anyway, enjoy the sweet goodness of this newborn!

    Sweet Baby M {Newborn Photographer}

    Meet sweet little baby M. She is the newest daughter to one of my favorite cousins on Hubby’s side.

    She was a DOLL at just 13 days old. We were able to see her smile, and just be adorable! Once she would get comfortable, she was perfectly content. :-)

    I love photographing newborns. They are so precious. And this way, I can get a little bit of a “fix” of newborns, without missing sleep. Haha.  :-)

    Anyway, enjoy sweet little M. I have all photos in b/w, again because I love the emotion to it.

    Baby Garrett {Newborn Photography}

    I walked into the room, and found this little boy sleeping peacefully in his bassinet. My heart melted. I looked at his mom, who I grew up with, and just about started to cry “He’s SOOO cute” I believe were my words. He melted my heart right then and there. He would make little noises.

    I wanted to take him home with me

    But, I couldn’t. His mom would probably miss him too much. But I would take him to visit! I promise! Oh well, he is where he is supposed to be. :-)

    Marie, I am SO excited for you. He is absolutely adorable. :-)

    Sweet Baby Boy {Utah Newborn Photographer}

    I ADORE photographing newborns. Probably because it’s the only chance I get to sit and snuggle and love on precious little ones. Ones you can’t tell me “No” yet. Haha.

    This sweet little boy belongs to a friend of my sister’s. They were kind enough to let us into their home and let us take pictures of him. And can I tell you that I recently have had NO luck with getting newborns to sleep for their pictures?! Most of the time their parents say “Wow! I can’t believe they are staying awake! This is the most awake I’ve seen them!” Of course it it…I think I have a curse or something. But alas, they are STILL cute!! Even when they aren’t asleep. :-) Because you can’t get shots like this when they are sleeping.

    So enjoy the precious newness of this sweet 13 day old. Adorable.

    Oh! And as a side note, how could you NOT love those sheets?! I want them for MY bed! WAY cute.

    Nothing

    I know I haven’t blogged at all this week!! I feel so bad.

    I will attempt to catch up on everything. But to be honest with you, I have NO motivation for anything. So, even though I’ve been busy, I really just have had no motivation to blog.

    Ah well. Hopefully it goes away soon, and I have all the motivation in the world, right? :-) But in the mean time, feel free to let me know what you do for motivation. It might just help.

    But here is another sneak peak of a sweet, squishy, cute, little newborn that I did pictures of last week. OH.My.Goodness, he was ADORABLE.

    sooooo precious {Utah Newborn Photography}

    Can I tell you how precious newborns are?

    Oh, you already know? Well, let me tell you again. They are completely PRECIOUS!!

    This is baby Jade. She was about 10 days old I believe when I had the chance to photograph her. I met her mother at The Country Barn Boutique. How did I meet her? I introduced myself. :-) And let me tell you, that was the FIRST time I had ever just walked up to someone I didn’t know, and offer my photography services. :-) She was expecting (actually, overdue) and I asked if she had anyone taking newborn photos. She said no, so I gave my card and said to give me a call. And OH MY GOODNESS was I so excited when she called!

    So, I headed over to their house, nervous and excited all at the same time. Walked into the nursery they had for her, and fell in LOVE. Seriously, if I create a nursery, will you please come and decorate it for me? That much in love.  SO many details in the room that held a special meaning, or importance that they were able to incorporate. Loved it. So, allow me to show you some of the details and the sweetness that is baby Jade.
